How to add a new customer
1. Go to “Customers” tab in Sales Express
2. You can click on either Create Customer button
3. Complete all of the yellow fields with required client information. Don’t forget to scroll down and complete!
4. When completing necessary fields a feedback box will appear confirming action.
5. Once ready to submit new customer, click on the master save
6. Once successfully saved, client name will appear with a GSX number. The customer status will reflect Awaiting Approval. An email will be sent to A/R requesting approval of the client and will create a DTI client number.
7. Once A/R has approved, a DTI number will appear next to the client name (no longer a GSX number) and client status will be active.
